The individual sound healing session lasts one hour (including short chat before the session). Depending on the type of the bowls chosen by the client they may experience the sound healing plus a full sound body massage with the bowls. It is advised that the client should go through at least 3 sound healing sessions within a month to get the best results. 

Group healing sessions with 4 or more people 

The sessions usually last around one hour (including the initial conversation).

The client may receive healing while sitting or lying down or may choose to receive distant healing. If distant healing session is preferred this is done over the phone or zoom. Distant healing for a friend or a relative can also be performed with the person's consent.
